He is a modern day poet that paints his songs on the landscape of your mind. Not only is his work lyrically intelligent his music features layers of sound produced from this multi-instrument artist. He is a master at taking the listener on an emotional journey. I am very glad to have found the no man from the depths of PA. known only as Olds Sleeper.... How he is not making his living as a performer is as puzzling to me as how he comes up with the songs he does. Olds is a true original...

Re: Olds Sleeper review

He's a natural born songwriter . I picked up on iTunes and have been enjoying it very much. If you're looking for a little break from the norm I highly suggest picking it up! If you're a fan of Mumford and Sons, Ed Sharp etc... you will love this band!

Re: Toy Soldiers Whisper Down the Lane-(2009) [Review]

I love this album. It's everything I could want in an album, bluesy and earthy, and still carries the appeal of indie rock. Whisper Down the Lane is one of the few albums I want to listen to from beginning to end. Incredibly refreshing and talented!

Re: Toy Soldiers Whisper Down the Lane-(2009) [Review]

Whisper Down the Lane is definitely worth the investment. This article couldn't have pinpointed Toy Soldier's talent better. I love how they have eight members yet, their music doesn't seem jumbled and out of order. I really hope to seem them live at some point, because I feel like just their presence probably makes for great entertainment.
